Tausende Menschen konnten die syrische Stadt in den vergangenen Stunden verlassen - darunter auch die siebenjährige Bana, die aus ihrer zerbombten Heimat getwittert hatte.

Die Evakuierung in Ost-Aleppo kommt offenbar wieder in Gang. Nach einer Unterbrechung der Evakuierungen aus dem Osten von Aleppo sind am Montag in der Früh erneut mehr als tausend Menschen aus den Rebellengebieten der Stadt gebracht worden. Rund 20 Busse mit Bewohnern aus Aleppo seien am Sammelpunkt westlich der Stadt eingetroffen, sagte Ahmad al-Dbis, Chef einer Gruppe Mediziner und Freiwilliger, die dort die Evakuierungen ko
ordiniert.
"Hier sind etwa 1200 bis 1300 Menschen." Die in London ansässige Syrische Beobachtungsstelle für Menschenrechte dagegen berichtete, dass seit Mitternacht 65 Busse rund 3.500 Menschen aus Aleppo gebracht haben. Demnach würden sich noch rund 30.000 Menschen in dem Rebellengebiet aufhalten.
Unter den Evakuierten war auch die siebenjährige Bana al-Abed. Mehr als 320.000 Menschen waren dem Mädchen zuletzt auf Twitter gefolgt.
Sie hatte das Tool erst seit einigen Monaten gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter benutzt, um aus dem umkämpften Osten der Stadt zu berichten. Jetzt ist sie offenbar in Sicherheit. Aktivisten verbreiteten am Montag über Twitter mehrere Bilder, die Bana im Umland der nordsyrischen Stadt zeigen.

Bana sei mit ihrer Familie aus der umkämpften Stadt gebracht worden, berichtete Zaher Sahloul von der Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) in einer Kurznachricht. Die Organisation unterstützt Krankenhäuser in Rebellengebieten. Die Evakuierung von Ost-Aleppo war am Sonntagabend nach einem mehrtägigen Stopp wieder aufgenommen worden.

"Die Armee kam wirklich nahe an unser Viertel heran", sagte ihr Vater Ghassan al-Abed am Dienstag der NachrichtenagenturAFP. "Unser Haus wurde bei einem Bombenangriff beschädigt." Nach der Flucht in ein anderes Stadtviertel gehe es der Familie "gut".

Die Tweets machten auch Prominente auf die Kleine aufmerksam. Die Erfolgsautorin Joanne K. Rowling ließ ihr die Harry-Potter-Serie als E-Book zukommen, nachdem sie gelesen hatte, dass Bana Englisch lernt und die Bücher gerne lesen würde.
Assad: "Propagandaspiel"
Der syrische Präsident Bashar al-Assad zeigte wenig Verständnis für die Geschichte von Bana. Als er im Oktober vom dänischen Fernsehsender TV2 darauf angesprochen wurde, sagte Assad, die Nachrichten von Bana würden "von Terroristen und ihren Unterstützern" verbreitet. Es handle sich um ein "Propagandaspiel", fügte Assad hinzu. Seine Regierung müsse sich nicht um "Medienspiele" kümmern, sondern um die "Realität".

Doch Aktivisten aus Aleppo bestätigen, dass Bana und Fatima wirklich in den Rebellengebieten leben. Auch der investigative Internetjournalist Eliot Higgins von der Plattform Bellingcat hat nach einer Prüfung vieler Fotos und Videos aus den Tweets keine Zweifel an der Herkunft der Botschaften: "Wir haben den genauen Ort gefunden, wo sie aufgenommen wurden. Alle stammen aus einem bestimmten Gebiet in Ost-Aleppo, das von Rebellen gehalten wurde."
