Die börsenotierte Immofinanz plant im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogrammes 2015 über die Börse bis zu 30 Millionen Stück eigene Aktien - das sind rund 2,8 Prozent des Grundkapitals - zurückzukaufen. Auf Basis des heutigen Schlusskurse von 2,695 Euro entspricht dies einem Wert von mehr als 80 Mio. Euro.
Das Programm beginnt am 1. April und läuft voraussichtlich bis Ende des Jahres, teilte die Immofinanz am Donnerstagabend mit. Die Preisobergrenze je Aktie bei maximal 3,20 Euro, die Preisuntergrenze bei mindestens 1,04 Euro.
