1957 holte Juan-Manuel Fangio nach zwei Siegen zum Saisonauftaktin Argentinien und Monaco am Ende des Jahres seinen fünften und letzten WM-Titel. In Frankreich und Deutschland holte er 1957 noch zwei Siege.
