In Monaco wurden die alljährlichen Feierlichkeiten zu Ehren der Heiligen Devote zelebriert.
Am Wochenende wurden in Monte Carlo die alljährlichen Feierlichkeiten zu Ehren der Heiligen Dévote, der Schutzpatronin von Monaco, begangen.
Zu den Höhepunkten der Feierlichkeiten zählt das Entflammen des symbolischen Fischerbootes am 26. Jänner, das wie immer einen Tag nach Charlènes Geburtstag stattfand, die am 25. Jänner 40 wurde.

Die Zwillinge Jacques und Gabriella durften heuer zum ersten Mal mit dabei sein und ihren Eltern beim Anzünden des Fischerbootes assistieren.

Zur traditionellen Heiligen Messe am Sonntag trat das Fürstenpaar dann aber ohne seine Kinder an: Charlène präsentierte sich stilsicher in einer Jacke mit Schottenmuster, Albert im blauen Anzug.
