Für ein paar Stunden nach der Arbeit: US-Bürger Jeff Reitz ist Stammgast im Vergnügungspark in Kalifornien.
An Fans mangelt es dem Disney-Konzern beileibe nicht, einer von ihnen übertrifft aber wohl alle anderen: Der US-Bürger Jeff Reitz hat am Donnerstag den 2000. Tag in Folge den Vergnügungspark Disneyland im kalifornischen Anaheim besucht. Seit dem 1. Jänner 2012 kommt der Veteran der US-Luftwaffe täglich in den Themenpark bei Los Angeles.

As one of the world's largest entertainment companies, Disney is used to adoring fans, but Reitz has topped them all, visiting its California theme park 2,000 days in a row. Reitz marked the milestone on June 22, using his Disneyland Resort annual pass which had enabled his trek to the park on a daily basis since January 1, 2012. "What we mostly known about him is that he loves Disneyland," said John McClintock, a spokesman for the theme park.

In der Regel komme Reitz nach der Arbeit für ein paar Stunden, sagte Disneyland-Sprecher John McClintock. Als er ihn einmal gefragt habe, was er an dem Vergnügungspark so liebe, habe er geantwortet, er möge alles, aber besonders die Musik, sagte McClintock. "Ich denke, er findet sie entspannend."
Die Freundin kommt oft mit
Häufig werde Reitz von seiner Freundin begleitet, berichtete McClintock. Wenn sie jeden Tag mitkommen würde, wäre das "wohl wahre Liebe", fügte der Sprecher mit einem Augenzwinkern hinzu.
Und falls Sie sich das gefragt haben sollten: Ja, Jeff Reitz verfügt über eine Jahreskarte für den Vergnügungspark.
